The DeKalb County Sheriff controls jail bookings and Sheriff-created records, while the Superior Court Clerk preserves felony files and the State Court Clerk keeps misdemeanor files. Statewide criminal histories run through the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, Georgia Crime Information Center. Corrections and registry information use separate state systems. We bring the official portals, office details, request methods, and documented fees together so readers can identify the proper custodian before starting a search.
